Accommodation and other practical information

Participants will need to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. The Foundation is not responsible for providing accommodation to attendees. The Foundation stresses that the application fee does not cover accommodation, requires no payment for that, and is not responsible for the success of the transaction between the attendee and the hotels. The Foundation is also not liable for cases of non-payment, the quality of the service provided, cancellations or any other difficulties arising between the attendee and the hotels. For any assistance in exploring your accommodation options in Thessaloniki, please contact us on: [email protected].
