Accommodation and other practical information

Participants will need to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation. The Foundation is not responsible for providing accommodation to attendees. However, since the course is in July which is a high touristic season, the Foundation is making arrangements with specific hotels. Candidates will receive the relevant information upon selection.

The Foundation stresses that the application fee does not cover accommodation, requires no payment for that, and is not responsible for the success of the transaction between the attendee and the hotels. The Foundation is also not liable for cases of non-payment, the quality of the service provided, cancellations or any other difficulties arising between the attendee and the hotels.
